What is Dog Agility?
Equipment such jumps, tunnels, weaving poles, teeter totter,
dog walk, A-frame, pause table that dogs negotiate in an
obstacle course for fun or competition.
Owner Kristina Irvin has been doing agility her own dogs for
17 years first under the super trainer Nancy Gyes and then
starting the Loma Prieta play group in 2000. She enjoys
keeping the atmosphere relaxed allowing each person to
decide at what level they would like to work their dogs.
HOME
Loma Prieta Dog Agility is an open play forum in the
California Santa Cruz mountains at 24900 Highland Way, Los
Gatos at the Professional Center. The objective is to learn
agility and work on obedience with your dog in a relaxed and
fun setting. Beginners are welcome and will be worked with
individually or in small groups. More advanced handlers and
dogs can work as they please. Dog must be well socialized to
people and other dogs, sorry no aggressive dogs.
